License fees are additional. Anyone born after January 1, 1949, must have a hunter safety card to hunt in Colorado.
Sangre de Cristo Outfitters, Inc. agrees to provide the following services during the scheduled hunt: all personnel including (guides, wranglers, and cooks), all meals, all transportation, lodging, field care and trophy care of any game.
The client will be in the best of his/her physical condition possible and should provide the outfitter with all information pertaining to any limiting personal health and physical conditions in writing prior to the time of the hunt.
All reasonable and legal efforts to be successful during this hunt will be attempted by both parties. Because of unpredictable weather and animal movements, we do not guarantee success, but we assure you that we will provide quality personnel along with comfortable camp conditions.
Transportation on the hunting areas are provided by 4x4 vehicles, ATV’s, horses and on foot.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Deposit of 1/2 the cost of the hunt will reserve your booking. The balance is to be paid upon arrival into camp in certified funds or cash. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. We are under contract with the Colorado Division of Wildlife and we are subject to their rules and regulations. If for some unforeseen reason they should revoke our wild game licenses, your deposit would be fully refunded. Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit, however if notice is given 60 or more days before your scheduled arrival, the deposit may be applied to a future hunt.
